Ultra DTF Powder

Ultra DTF Transfer Adhesive Powder is an upgraded premium hot melt adhesive powder compared with conventional DTF copolyester adhesive powder. It is manufactured based on polyurethane elastomer raw materials, bringing remarkable improvements to comprehensive performance.

Unlike ordinary DTF powder made from copolyester, this polyurethane-based adhesive powder boasts superior elasticity and outstanding air permeability. After heat transfer printing on fabrics, the printed patterns stretch freely along with clothes without cracking, peeling or hardening, delivering soft, skin-friendly hand feel. Meanwhile, its optimized porous structure greatly enhances air permeability, effectively solving the stuffiness problem common in traditional DTF prints.
